Our Team

President 

Ms. Kubit has 23 years of civil engineering design and construction administration experience which she uses to provide quality services to a variety of clients.  As a Professional Engineer and Project Manager she has proven to effectively lead and direct complex and high-profile engineering projects.  

Ms. Kubit strives to continuously develop and elevate the Kubit Engineering team by coaching and mentoring team members in technical and soft skills. This allows Kubit Engineering to retain a strong  and trusted core group of construction inspection employees.  Employees are provided with opportunities for training in technical, safety, and personal areas, which allows employees to stay actively engaged in the industry and their careers.

Ms. Kubit graduated from University at Buffalo in 2006 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.  

Controller

Ms. Miller has a combined 21 years of business experience, including 10 years in public accounting, and the past 3 years as the Controller at Kubit Engineering. As the Controller, she is responsible for compiling and analyzing internal financial records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. She has proven to effectively control cash flow, compile and adhere to project budgets, and strategize to enhance Kubit Engineering’s future. She has been on the board of Glendale Elementary’s PTA for the past 3 years, acting as Treasurer for 2 and Vice President of Membership for 1.  She is a past member of the AICPA and VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program). 

Ms. Miller graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2003 with a B.S. in Business Administration – Marketing concentration, and again in 2006 with a Master of Business Administration.  Following UB, she attended SUNY Fredonia and graduated with her B.S. in Public Accountancy in 2010.
